What to know before you apply

What rates does BW BestWork offer to workers?
Rates start from €40/h gross and rise depending on specialization, experience and certifications. You’ll find the specific rate in each job listing.
What documents are needed to apply?
A CV describing your experience in the construction sector is enough. We help handle the rest of the formalities — A1 certificate of social insurance coverage, self-employment (ZZP) registration, the Dutch tax identification number (BSN), the VCA occupational safety certificate — after the offer is accepted. See the full list of documents.
Do you arrange transport to the construction site?
Yes. We organize daily transport for workers from their accommodation to the construction site and back. For many locations in the Netherlands (Rotterdam, Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven) we run fixed routes with company vans.
What cooperation model can I choose — ZZP or A1?
We offer two models: ZZP (self-employment in the Netherlands with registration at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce KvK) and A1 (posting from Poland with insurance retained in the Polish social security system ZUS). See details of both models.
How long does it take from application to starting work?
On average 5–7 working days. After you send your CV you’ll get a reply within one working day. Then an interview, document verification, contract signing and setting the start date.
